We have taken great care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation may occur. Fur Feather and Fin cannot accept any responsibility for any colour variation caused by the computer hardware used by you or by the browser software.
VAT
All prices include VAT at 17.5%. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in supplier prices or import duty. VAT may be adjusted when changed by law
Delivery Returns and Exchanges - 'No Quibble' 14-day Returns Policy
At Fur Feather and Fin we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and always endeavour to meet the high standards we feel our customers deserve. As such, the gifts you choose should arrive in pristine condition. Should this not be the case, or if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then we offer the following terms and conditions for your satisfaction
If your gift has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please call us immediately (or within 48 hours of receipt) on 01730 812 445. We will then arrange the best course of action to take. In all the above instances any costs incurred in returning items will be fully reimbursed.
If your product has developed a fault then please contact us with your order number to hand. We can then discuss the preferred course of action that you would like us to take.
If for any other reason you want to return a gift to us we offer a No Quibble 14-day returns policy. All that we ask is that you please return the item - unused and in its original packaging - within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you use a signed for service, via a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for larger items, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. To facilitate a speedy refund, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return. A returns label will be found on the bottom left of your dispatch/invoice.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of CDs, DVDs, tapes, or other recording media, software, or videos if their security seal is broken.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above terms and conditions.
Complaints procedure
Due to the high level of customer care that Fur Feather and Fin provides complaints are rare. However, we do take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.
If you have a complaint please e-mail enquiries@furfeatherandfin.com or telephone 01730 812 445, detailing the following:
- Order number
- Description of goods (please make this as informative as possible)
- Contact name and telephone number and/or e-mail address.
We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within a maximum of 48 hours, providing a resolution to the complaint or at the very least a timescale for such resolution. You will of course be kept fully informed of its progress if this is the case. All complaints will be kept strictly confidential.
