How do I order an item from Fur Feather and Fin?

Post - Fill in the form in the back of our catalogue together with a cheque or card number to Fur Feather and Fin Ltd, Charlton Barns, Goodwood Estate, Charlton. Chichester. PO18 0HX.
Fax – Simply fax back your completed order form (block capitals) with credit card details to 01243 818 014
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express. You can also pay via PayPal.
If I order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, when will my product be dispatched?
All products are dispatched within five days of receiving an order, however if you order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will be dealt with on the following Monday.
How long does it take to post an item?
If you choose First Class post, your parcel will arrive within 3-5 days. If you opt for Second Class, your parcel will arrive within 7-10 days.
What happens if I want to return an item?
We offer a 'No Quibble' 14-day Returns Policy. . All that we ask is that you please return the item - unused and in its original packaging - within 14 days of receipt. For more information on how to return an item, please view our returns page (link to page)
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We sell gift vouchers in £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100 values. Our gift vouchers can be redeemed online against any purchase or from our mail order catalogue. To purchase, either buy online or call 01243 811 844.
