COVID-19 New Lockdown Update

Following the recent Government directive, we have sadly had to close our showroom to personal callers until further notice.

Our website will be unaffected and remains open 24/7. A small team at our warehouse are still working to process and despatch your orders. However, with reduced staff there may be some slight delays in packing and despatch. Please be advised delivery times will be effected and we will be unable to guarantee any 'next day' deliveries at this time.

We can assure you that we will be doing everything we can to keep going. The health and wellbeing of all our staff is paramount. We operate our own warehouse and have put in place strict safety measures to ensure that those staff still working, stay safe and that we can still safely deliver to you.

We will also be answering telephone calls, however we apologise in advance, if there are unusual delays in answering, please bear with us, but if you have to leave a message we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our delivery companies Royal Mail and Parcelforce have all been implementing additional measures to minimise risk across their businesses to ensure they protect the service they offer us and our customers. 

We will monitor the situation carefully, and of course take any advice from the Government to ensure the health and well-being of staff and customers is maintained.
