Standard Tracked Service
All orders received before 2pm on this service will be dispatched on the same day to arrive within 2 working days. Orders received on Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until Monday. This service is available to the whole of the UK however the delivery times may be longer for more rural and island destinations. NB If we find that one of your items is not in stock we will be in touch to tell you by email or telephone so please leave us your details for order related queries.
Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland) using Parcelforce
You will receive an email from us on the day of despatch which will include your tracking details.
All orders received before 2pm will be despatched to arrive the next working day except those received on Friday morning which will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders received on a Friday afternoon will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note the Next Working Day service does not include deliveries on Bank Holidays.
Next day delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
- some products in your order may take longer due to the product weight
- the item being delivered from the manufacturer
- the product being personalised;
Our courier will send an email or text to tell you when they plan to deliver your parcel. If this is not convenient you can instruct them to deliver on a different day or to a different address (neighbour or post office)
Please make sure that you give us your email address so that they can send you this information and a mobile phone number if you would like our courier to give you a one-hour delivery time window. We will not pass these details onto any other 3rd party.
Heavy Goods Charge
Some products due to their size or weight do incur an additional postage charge. You will see this cost in the product description of the product. There are only a few of these. As a delivery option is assigned to an order you will still be able to choose most of the delivery options available; such as Fast Tracked. This will result in the rest of the items in your order going by this service however the Heavy Goods item will most likely be delivered separately but not always.
All parcels less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Airmail; the cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout.
All parcels over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce; the cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout.
Both services are tracked to your door.
Rest of World
This includes: Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Norway, Tunisia, Turkey, Mexico, Russia, India, China, Hongkong, Japan, USA, South Africa, Australia etc.
All prices are calculated by volumetric weight which you will see clearly at checkout. Generally these take up to 6 days to arrive.

We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). We have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
